This role focuses on identifying and securing top-tier professionals to fuel the growth of our automotive dealership network. It involves managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle to ensure all departments, from sales to service, are staffed with high-performing individuals who align with the brand's values.
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for sales, service, and technical roles within the dealership.
Source potential candidates through various channels including Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and local vocational institutes such as ITI and Diploma colleges.
Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews with department heads and OEM representatives to ensure technical fit.
Maintain a robust pipeline of candidates to minimize vacancy periods for critical dealership roles like Sales Consultants and Technicians.
Facilitate the onboarding process, ensuring all new hires complete mandatory documentation and initial induction.
Organize and participate in campus recruitment drives and job fairs to attract entry-level talent for the service workshop.
Ensure all recruitment activities comply with internal HR policies and OEM-mandated staffing standards.
1-3 years of proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the automotive or retail sector.
Proficiency in using recruitment tools and job portals like Naukri, Indeed, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the local regional language.
Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously in a high-pressure, target-driven environment.
Basic understanding of salary structures and incentive models common in the Indian automotive industry.
Prior experience working with an authorized automotive dealership or OEM.
Knowledge of Indian labor laws and basic HR compliance standards.
Experience in volume hiring or mass recruitment for field sales teams.

Education: Graduate in any stream; MBA in Human Resources or Post Graduate Diploma in HR is highly preferred.
Experience: 1 to 3 years of core recruitment experience.
Certifications: Certification in HR Management or Talent Acquisition is a plus
This is an on-site position based at the dealership's main facility, requiring frequent interaction with department heads and candidates in a dynamic, fast-paced retail setting.
Successful candidates can advance to Senior HR Specialist or HR Manager roles within the dealership group, with opportunities to lead regional recruitment strategies as the network expands.
