This role focuses on delivering a premium, tech-driven automotive buying experience by guiding customers through the entire journey from initial inquiry to vehicle delivery. The objective is to represent the brand's 'Movement that Inspires' philosophy through exceptional product knowledge and personalized engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end sales process for the Kia product portfolio, including Seltos, Sonet, and Carens.
- Conduct professional product demonstrations highlighting advanced features like Kia Connect (UVO) and ADAS technology.
- Execute high-quality test drives ensuring customer safety and demonstrating vehicle performance dynamics.
- Generate and follow up on leads through digital platforms, walk-ins, and field activities to maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Handle the complete documentation process, including booking, financing coordination, and insurance formalities.
- Organize and lead the vehicle delivery ceremony to ensure a memorable experience for the customer and their family.
- Maintain accurate records in the Dealer Management System (DMS) and update CRM daily for lead tracking.
- Collaborate with the exchange and finance departments to provide a seamless one-stop solution for customers.
Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in any stream (BBA/B.Com/B.A. preferred).
- Valid four-wheeler driving license and proficiency in driving for conducting test drives.
- Excellent communication skills in English and the local regional language.
- A high level of personal grooming and professional etiquette suitable for a premium showroom environment.
- Proficiency in using mobile apps and digital tools for sales presentations and CRM updates.
- Availability to work 6 days a week, including weekends and public holidays.
Preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in automotive sales or high-end retail sectors.
- Prior experience with premium automobile brands or tech-heavy products.
- Basic understanding of automotive finance and insurance processes.

Work Environment
On-site at a state-of-the-art Kia dealership showroom with occasional travel for home visits and corporate displays. Standard operating hours are 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM.

High-performing consultants are eligible for promotion to Senior Experience Consultant or Team Leader roles within 18-24 months. Career paths also extend into Corporate Sales or Showroom Management.
