This role involves driving vehicle sales by providing exceptional customer service and product demonstrations within an authorized dealership environment. It focuses on managing the end-to-end sales process from initial inquiry to final vehicle delivery while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.
Greet walk-in customers and handle inquiries via phone or digital leads promptly and professionally.
Conduct detailed product demonstrations and explain vehicle features, specifications, and USPs to prospective buyers.
Coordinate and accompany customers on test drives while ensuring all safety protocols and licensing requirements are met.
Assist customers with financial documentation, insurance options, and vehicle exchange evaluations.
Maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system daily with accurate lead status and follow-up notes.
Follow up regularly with prospective buyers to achieve monthly retail and booking targets set by the management.
Coordinate with the stockyard and workshop for Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) to ensure a smooth vehicle delivery process.
Collect and document customer feedback to improve showroom service standards and the overall buying experience.
Valid permanent four-wheeler driving license is mandatory for test drive coordination.
Excellent verbal communication skills in the local language and functional English.
Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on building customer rapport.
Willingness to work in a high-pressure, target-driven sales environment.
Proficiency in using smartphones, tablets, and basic computer applications for data entry.
Professional grooming and presentation standards suitable for a corporate showroom environment.
Prior experience in retail sales, hospitality, or customer service roles.
Basic understanding of automotive technology and current market trends in India.
Residency within a reachable distance of the dealership location.

Standard dealership showroom hours, typically 6 days a week (9:30 AM - 6:30 PM). The role is entirely on-site and involves significant interaction with customers on the showroom floor.
