Acts as the primary face of the dealership, ensuring every visitor receives a warm welcome and prompt assistance. This role is pivotal in managing the initial customer journey by streamlining walk-in inquiries and maintaining a professional showroom atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet all customers and visitors with a professional and welcoming demeanor upon entry.
- Manage the electronic and manual visitor registers, ensuring accurate data capture for all walk-ins.
- Operate the EPABX system to handle incoming calls and redirect them to the appropriate departments or personnel.
- Coordinate with the Sales Team Leaders to assign Sales Consultants to walk-in customers based on the daily roster.
- Maintain the cleanliness and decorum of the reception and lounge areas, ensuring brochures and refreshments are available.
- Assist the CRM team in updating customer details and inquiry sources in the Dealer Management System (DMS).
- Handle basic administrative tasks such as inward/outward courier management and scheduling meeting room bookings.
- Ensure all customer queries are acknowledged and directed to the right department within a 2-minute turnaround time.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and the local language.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Word, for data entry.
- Professional appearance and adherence to company grooming standards.
- Ability to multi-task and manage a busy front-desk environment effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Willingness to work 6 days a week in a retail showroom environment.
Preferred
- Previous experience in a front-office role within a car dealership or the hospitality sector.
- Familiarity with Dealer Management Systems (DMS) like Autoline, SAP, or MS-DYNAMICS.
- Basic understanding of car models and automotive features to assist with initial queries.

Work Environment
Modern, air-conditioned automotive showroom with a high volume of daily walk-ins. Standard shift is 10 AM to 7 PM, 6 days a week.
