Roles & Responsibilities
Administrative Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day administrative activities of the Verious locations.
Maintain records related to attendance, vendor bills, service reports, and approvals.
Prepare and maintain MIS reports for management review.
Handle official emails, documentation, and coordination with HO/admin team.
Manage office stationery, pantry, and consumables stock.
Facility & Maintenance Responsibilities:
Ensure smooth functioning of showroom and service center facilities.
Coordinate for maintenance of electrical, plumbing, AC, UPS, DG, CCTV, and lighting systems.
Ensure timely resolution of facility-related issues to avoid impact on customer operations.
Coordinate AMC services and preventive maintenance schedules.
Monitor housekeeping standards and cleanliness of the showroom, service bays, washrooms, and common areas.
Security & Safety Compliance:
Supervise security guards and housekeeping staff deployed at site.
Ensure fire safety equipment (fire extinguishers, emergency exits, signage) is in place and functional.
Maintain safety records and assist during audits or inspections.
Ensure compliance with company and statutory safety guidelines.
Vendor & Landlord Coordination:
Coordinate with vendors, service providers, landlords, and society representatives.
Obtain quotations, raise work requests, and track completion of work.
Follow up on service quality and billing-related matters.
Asset & Inventory Management:
Maintain inventory of showroom assets, tools, furniture, electrical items, and equipment.
Ensure proper tagging, upkeep, and periodic verification of assets.
Track movement and condition of assets across showroom/service areas.
Support to Operations Team:
Provide administrative and facility support to sales and service teams.
Ensure uninterrupted utilities (power, water, internet) during operating hours.
Handle emergency situations such as power failure, water leakage, or equipment breakdown.
Skills & Competencies
Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
Ability to manage multiple vendors and service activities.
Basic technical understanding of facility systems (electrical, AC, UPS, DG).
Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
Customer-focused and solution-oriented approach.
Qualification & Experience
Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
1–4 years of experience in administration/facility management, preferably in showroom or service center setup.
Working Conditions
On-call support during emergencies or critical breakdowns.
