Ready to bring cars back to life after they've had a rough day on the road? We are looking for a seasoned pro who can fix everything from minor scratches to major structural damage with precision and care, ensuring every vehicle leaves the workshop looking brand new.

Key Responsibilities

• Straightening out bent frames and fixing those tricky dents using high-end pullers, hammers, and blocks.

• Performing expert-level CO2 and gas welding to ensure body panels are structurally sound and safe.

• Removing and refitting interior and exterior parts like bumpers, doors, and glass without causing additional damage.

• Checking and correcting vehicle alignment to ensure the chassis is perfectly square and roadworthy.

• Applying body fillers and sanding surfaces to a smooth finish, prepping them perfectly for the paint team.

• Inspecting vehicles thoroughly to identify hidden structural damage that might have been missed during the initial estimate.

• Maintaining heavy-duty workshop equipment and ensuring all specialized tools are stored correctly after use.

• Collaborating with the Service Advisor to provide accurate timelines for complex body repair jobs.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 to 8 years of solid experience in an automotive body shop or workshop environment.

• Expert knowledge of sheet metal work and various welding techniques including MIG and Gas.

• Proven ability to use hydraulic frame straighteners and pneumatic body repair tools.

• Capability to read and interpret repair manuals and digital job cards accurately.

• Physical stamina to handle heavy equipment and work in physically demanding positions for long hours.

• Strong understanding of vehicle anatomy and structural integrity standards.

Preferred

• Prior experience working at an authorized OEM dealership (e.g., Maruti Suzuki, Hyundai, Mahindra, or Tata Motors).

• Valid four-wheeler driving license to assist with vehicle movement within the workshop bays.

• Basic understanding of insurance claim processes and estimation.

Qualifications

Certifications: OEM Body Repair Certification, Welding Safety Certification

Work Environment

Standard 6-day work week in a fast-paced, high-volume authorized workshop. Expect a busy, hands-on environment with a strong focus on safety and precision.

Growth Opportunities

Experienced denters can move into Senior Denter roles, progress to Body Shop Supervisor, or eventually transition into Workshop Management or Insurance Estimation.
