This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences by guiding potential buyers through the vehicle selection and purchase process. The primary objective is to achieve monthly retail targets while maintaining high standards of brand representation and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle walk-in inquiries and generate new leads through proactive prospecting and digital platforms.
- Conduct detailed product walkthroughs and feature demonstrations to highlight the vehicle's unique selling points.
- Organize and accompany customers on test drives, ensuring all safety protocols and documentation are followed.
- Manage the complete sales funnel from initial inquiry to final delivery using the Dealer Management System (DMS).
- Coordinate with the Finance and Insurance (F&I) team to provide comprehensive purchase solutions to customers.
- Maintain consistent follow-ups with prospective buyers to improve conversion rates and build a robust sales pipeline.
- Ensure the showroom floor and display vehicles are maintained according to OEM standards.
- Facilitate the vehicle delivery process, ensuring a memorable and error-free experience for the customer.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (BBA, B.Com, or B.Sc preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales or the automotive industry.
- A valid four-wheeler driving license is mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the local language.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach to selling.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
Preferred
- Prior experience working with an authorized automotive dealership.
- Familiarity with CRM software or OEM-specific Dealer Management Systems.
- Basic understanding of automotive finance, insurance, and RTO processes.

Qualifications
Education: Graduate / Bachelor's Degree

Work Environment
Standard 6-day work week in a high-energy showroom environment with occasional field visits for home demos and corporate displays.
Growth Opportunities
High-performing consultants are eligible for promotion to Senior Sales Consultant or Team Leader roles within 18-24 months, with further paths into Sales Management or Corporate Sales.
