This role involves spearheading the online brand presence and lead generation efforts to drive showroom walk-ins and service bookings. The focus is on executing data-driven marketing strategies and managing the digital customer lifecycle within the competitive automotive landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and optimize performance marketing campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads to generate high-quality sales leads.
- Manage the dealership's social media presence across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn to build community engagement.
- Monitor website traffic and SEO performance using Google Analytics to improve organic search rankings for the dealership.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Service departments to ensure seamless lead integration and follow-up within the Dealer Management System (DMS).
- Oversee the creation of digital content including vehicle walk-around videos, customer delivery photos, and promotional banners.
- Manage the brand's online reputation by responding to reviews and queries on Google My Business and other social platforms.
- Implement automated WhatsApp and email marketing sequences for lead nurturing and service reminders.
- Analyze campaign ROI and provide weekly reports to the management team on digital spends and conversion metrics.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the automotive or retail sector.
- Proven track record of managing lead generation campaigns with measurable ROI.
- Hands-on experience with Facebook Business Manager and Google Ads.
- Proficiency in English and the local language to communicate effectively with diverse customer segments.
- Ability to work on-site in a 6-day work week dealership environment.
- Strong understanding of the Indian automotive market and consumer buying behavior.
Preferred
- Prior experience working with an authorized OEM dealership network.
- Basic graphic design skills using Canva or Adobe Spark for quick content turnarounds.
- Certification in Digital Marketing from a reputed institute.
