Develop and execute monthly sales plans to achieve retail and wholesale targets as mandated by the OEM
Lead and mentor a team of Team Leaders and Sales Consultants to enhance individual productivity and lead conversion ratios
Monitor and analyze Dealer Management System (DMS) data to track enquiry-to-booking ratios and pipeline health
Oversee inventory management and stock aging to ensure timely liquidation and optimal working capital usage
Collaborate with banks and NBFCs to facilitate seamless retail finance options and insurance tie-ups for customers
Ensure 100% compliance with OEM standards regarding showroom hygiene, test drive protocols, and vehicle delivery ceremonies
Conduct regular competitor analysis and market mapping to identify growth opportunities and design local promotional activities
Resolve high-level customer grievances to maintain a high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and Sales Satisfaction Index (SSI)
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding aggressive sales targets in the Indian automotive sector
Deep understanding of the local automotive market, seasonal trends, and regional consumer behavior
Expertise in using automotive CRM/DMS software like Autoline, SAP, or MS Dynamics
Strong financial acumen with the ability to interpret P&L statements and sales reports
Excellent communication skills in English and the local regional language
Valid four-wheeler driving license and willingness to travel for corporate meetings
Prior experience in managing a multi-location dealership network
Strong network with local corporate clients and fleet operators for bulk sales
Experience in digital lead management and social media marketing for dealerships

Education: Graduate in any stream; MBA in Sales & Marketing is highly preferred
Experience: 8 to 12 years of experience in automotive sales, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role
Certifications: OEM Sales Manager Certification, IRDA Certification (preferred), Six Sigma or Lean Management (optional)
Standard 6-day work week in a high-pressure, target-driven showroom environment; requires presence during weekends and public holidays.
Successful candidates can progress to General Manager (Sales), Business Head, or transition into Regional Manager roles within the OEM corporate structure.
