This role focuses on driving vehicle sales by providing exceptional product demonstrations and building strong customer relationships within an authorized dealership. It involves managing the end-to-end sales process from initial inquiry to vehicle delivery while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage walk-in customers and digital leads to achieve monthly retail sales targets.
- Conduct professional product demonstrations and organized test drives according to OEM standards.
- Explain vehicle features, technical specifications, financing options, and insurance benefits to prospective buyers.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and follow-ups in the Dealer Management System (DMS).
- Coordinate with the stockyard and PDI team to ensure timely and error-free vehicle delivery.
- Generate referrals from existing customers and participate in outdoor marketing activities or corporate displays.
- Facilitate the exchange process by coordinating with the pre-owned vehicle evaluation team.
- Collect and verify all necessary documentation for vehicle registration and finance processing.
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably within the automotive or high-value retail sector.
- Excellent communication skills in the local language and English.
- Must possess a valid four-wheeler driving license and be confident in driving various vehicle models.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure, target-driven environment.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to work on weekends as per the standard 6-day showroom schedule.
Preferred
- Prior experience with an authorized automobile dealership and knowledge of DMS.
- Understanding of automotive finance and insurance processes.
- Certification in professional sales or customer service excellence.
