Act as the primary face of the dealership, ensuring every visitor receives a warm welcome and efficient assistance. This role focuses on managing front desk operations while maintaining a professional atmosphere that aligns with the brand's premium automotive standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet walk-in customers and direct them to the appropriate sales or service consultants based on their needs.
- Manage the EPABX system, handling incoming calls and routing them to the correct departments or personnel.
- Maintain the visitor logbook and enter walk-in data accurately into the CRM or Dealer Management System (DMS).
- Ensure the showroom floor and lounge area are presentable and adhere to the OEM's brand hygiene standards.
- Coordinate with the pantry and housekeeping staff to ensure hospitality services are provided to all guests.
- Assist in administrative tasks such as managing couriers, documentation, and basic data entry.
- Manage customer feedback forms and initial inquiries professionally to ensure a high-quality first impression.
Requirements
- Graduate degree in any stream (B.A., B.Com, BBA) or 12th pass with relevant communication skills.
- Fluency in the local language and English is essential for customer interaction.
- Basic knowledge of computer applications including MS Office and email management.
- Pleasant personality with a strong focus on professional grooming and attire.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm in a high-footfall environment.
Preferred
- Prior experience in hospitality, front-desk, or customer service roles.
- Basic understanding of automotive brands and vehicle terminology.
- Familiarity with CRM software or automotive Dealer Management Systems.
