This role serves as the primary point of contact for all visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming first impression of the dealership. It focuses on managing showroom traffic, coordinating customer inquiries, and maintaining accurate records within the dealer management system to support the sales department.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet all walk-in customers warmly and direct them to the appropriate sales consultant or department
- Maintain the visitor logbook and ensure every inquiry is accurately entered into the Dealer Management System (DMS) in real-time
- Handle incoming telephonic inquiries and route calls to the concerned sales or service personnel
- Manage the showroom floor flow, ensuring customers are attended to promptly and offered hospitality services
- Coordinate with the sales team to manage test drive schedules and visitor appointments
- Keep the reception and customer waiting areas clean, organized, and stocked with updated brochures and marketing materials
- Prepare daily reports on walk-ins, phone inquiries, and customer feedback for the Sales Manager
- Assist in administrative tasks such as dispatching couriers, handling mail, and managing office supplies
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a front-desk or customer service role
- Excellent verbal communication skills in the Gujarati, Hindi and English
- Proficient in basic computer operations, specifically MS Excel and Word
- Professional grooming and a pleasant personality suitable for a luxury/retail environment
- Ability to handle a multi-line phone system or EPABX efficiently
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage showroom traffic during peak hours
Preferred:
- Previous experience working in an authorized automobile dealership
- Familiarity with automotive Dealer Management Systems (DMS)
- Resident of the local area for ease of commute

Qualifications
Education: Graduate in any stream (B.A., B.Com, B.Sc, BBA) or 12th Pass with exceptional experience
Experience: 1-3 years in hospitality, retail, or automotive front-office
Certifications: Basic Computer Course (BCC), Soft Skills or Hospitality Training (Optional)
