EDP EXECUTIVE

This role is responsible for the accurate processing of digital information and the maintenance of the dealership management system. It focuses on ensuring data integrity across sales and service departments while providing essential technical support to maintain daily operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain all computer hardware and software systems.
Perform PC troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance for end-users.
Handle network setup, monitoring, and basic troubleshooting.
Install and update operating systems, drivers, and essential applications.
Provide day-to-day technical support to departments and team members.
Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment and services when necessary.
Ensure proper functioning of printers, scanners, and other IT peripherals.
Keep track of IT assets and maintain basic documentation.
Requirements

- Graduate degree in any stream (BCA, B.Sc IT, or B.Com preferred).
- Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables.
- High typing speed with a focus on numerical accuracy.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware and networking.
- Ability to work on-site in a 6-day work week environment.

Preferred:
- Familiarity with automotive DMS software like Autoline, Pinnacle, or SAP.
- Previous experience in a data entry or IT support role within a retail environment.
- Certification in Computer Applications (DCA) or equivalent.

Qualifications

Education: Graduate (BCA/B.Sc IT/B.Com/B.A) or Diploma in Computer Applications
Experience: 0-1 years (Freshers are welcome)
Certifications: Microsoft Office Specialist (Preferred), Hardware/Networking Certificate (Optional)

Work Environment

Professional on-site dealership office. Standard operating hours are 10 AM to 7 PM, 6 days a week.
