Focus on driving retail growth by engaging with prospective car buyers and delivering exceptional customer experiences at the showroom. This role involves managing the entire sales lifecycle from initial inquiry to vehicle delivery while upholding the brand's reputation for reliability and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist walk-in customers at the Showroom, providing detailed product information.
- Conduct professional test drives and demonstrate vehicle features, safety standards, and technology to prospective buyers.
- Generate new leads through field activities, corporate visits, cold calling, and digital inquiry management.
- Maintain the end-to-end sales process, including documentation, booking, and coordinating vehicle delivery.
- Utilize the Dealer Management System (DMS) to track leads, update customer interactions, and manage follow-ups.
- Collaborate with finance and insurance desks to offer comprehensive purchase solutions to customers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets for vehicles, genuine accessories, and extended warranties.
- Ensure the showroom floor and display vehicles are maintained according to OEM standards.
Requirements
- Valid four-wheeler driving license is mandatory.
- Fluency in the local language and basic proficiency in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment with a 6-day work week.
- High energy levels and a willingness to perform outdoor sales activities.
- Basic understanding of car features and the Indian automotive market.
Preferred:
- Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or direct sales is a plus.
- Familiarity with digital lead management tools and social media.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to handle customer objections effectively.

Qualifications
Education: Graduate in any stream preferred; 12th Pass (HSC) with relevant aptitude may be considered
