Key Responsibilities
- Handle walk-in customers and explain vehicle features, specifications, and financing options in detail.
- Conduct professional test drives for prospective buyers while ensuring safety and highlighting performance attributes.
- Generate new leads through field activities, referrals, and digital inquiries to maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Follow up systematically with prospective buyers via calls and messages to guide them through the purchase funnel.
- Manage the end-to-end documentation process including booking forms, insurance, and RTO paperwork.
- Update customer data and interaction logs daily in the Dealer Management System (DMS) for accurate reporting.
- Coordinate with the Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) and accessories team to ensure timely and error-free vehicle delivery.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in the local language and conversational English.
- Possession of a valid permanent four-wheeler driving license.
- Must own a two-wheeler for local commuting and field visits.
- Willingness to work on a 6-day schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset and professional grooming.
- Basic proficiency in using smartphones and mobile applications for lead tracking.
Preferred
- Prior experience in retail sales, hospitality, or customer service.
- Familiarity with automotive brands and current market trends in India.

Work Environment
On-site role at an authorized dealership showroom. Standard working hours are 10 AM to 7 PM with a 6-day work week.
