Professional showroom setting with a standard 6-day work week. On-site presence is mandatory, with occasional travel for field visits and corporate displays.
High-performing consultants are eligible for promotion to Senior Sales Consultant or Team Leader roles within 24 months. The company provides periodic OEM training and opportunities to move into specialized departments like Corporate Sales or Used Car divisions (True Value/Das WeltAuto/etc.).
