Focus on driving retail growth by managing the end-to-end customer journey from initial inquiry to final vehicle delivery. Manage showroom walk-ins and digital leads to convert prospects into confirmed bookings
Conduct professional product demonstrations and organized test drives as per OEM standards
Explain vehicle features, technical specifications, and financing options clearly to diverse customers
Coordinate with the Finance and Insurance (F&I) team to facilitate smooth loan processing and documentation
Maintain accurate records in the Dealer Management System (DMS) and perform consistent follow-ups on pending leads
Manage the complete vehicle delivery process including documentation and Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) coordination
Achieve monthly retail targets while promoting value-added services like accessories and extended warranties
Participate in outdoor promotional activities, roadshows, and corporate displays to generate fresh leads
1-3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the automotive or consumer durable industry
Bachelor’s degree in any stream from a recognized Indian university
Valid permanent four-wheeler driving license is mandatory
Fluency in the local regional language and functional proficiency in English
Proficiency in basic computer applications and smartphone-based CRM tools
Availability to work 6 days a week, including weekends and public holidays
Previous experience working with an authorized automobile dealership (OEM)
Strong understanding of automotive financing and insurance products
Knowledge of Dealer Management Systems (DMS) like Autoline, SAP, or MS Dynamics
CRM Software Usage, Product Demonstration, Sales Pipeline Management, Automotive Technical Knowledge, Basic Finance Calculations
