Marketing Manager

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing initiatives for our Mercedes-Benz dealership. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, executing marketing strategies, and enhancing brand presence through ATL, BTL, digital, and experiential campaigns. This role demands a strategic thinker with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation: Drive customer inquiries and leads from digital, offline, and referral sources to support sales objectives.

• Marketing Strategy: Develop, present for approval, and implement strategic marketing plans aligned with the dealership's goals.

• Execution & Compliance: Ensure 100% execution of approved marketing activities within specified timelines and budgets.

• Partnerships & Collaborations: Identify, establish, and manage collaborations and tie-ups with external partners, influencers, and brands to enhance visibility and footfall.

• Reporting & Analysis: Prepare monthly reports detailing marketing activities, campaign performance, lead analytics, and budget utilization.

• Competition & Market Tracking: Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer preferences to provide strategic inputs and maintain competitive edge.

• Digital Marketing & Social Media: Manage and optimize digital campaigns including social media, Google Ads, and email marketing to maximize ROI and engagement.

• Showroom Events: Plan and coordinate events and experiences at the dealership to attract potential customers and reinforce brand loyalty.

• Campaign Tracking: Track, measure, and report campaign performance metrics, recommending optimizations for improved results.

• ATL & BTL Execution: Implement both Above-The-Line (TV, print, radio) and Below-The-Line (direct marketing, sponsorships, activations) marketing initiatives.
