Key Responsibilities
- Manage walk-in enquiries and digital leads to convert potential prospects into confirmed bookings.
- Conduct professional test drives while explaining vehicle features, safety standards, and performance capabilities.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of all customer interactions in the Dealer Management System (DMS).
- Coordinate with the Finance and Insurance (F&I) department to facilitate smooth loan processing for customers.
- Execute the vehicle delivery process, ensuring a premium experience and thorough documentation for the buyer.
- Follow up with cold and warm leads consistently to maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Upsell genuine accessories, extended warranties, and annual maintenance contracts to maximize revenue per vehicle.
- Participate in outdoor promotional activities, roadshows, and corporate displays to generate new leads.
Requirements
- Graduate degree in any stream or a 3-year Diploma.
- Valid permanent two-wheeler or four-wheeler driving license.
- Fluency in the local regional language and functional English communication.
- Willingness to work in a target-driven, 6-day work week environment.
- Basic computer literacy for lead management and reporting.
- Excellent grooming standards and professional etiquette.
