This role focuses on translating customer concerns into technical requirements while driving service revenue through expert consultation and value-added offerings.
Greet customers and conduct professional vehicle walkthroughs (Joint Physical Inspection) to document condition and identify immediate needs.
Create detailed and accurate Job Cards in the Dealer Management System (DMS) based on customer complaints and vehicle service history.
Provide transparent cost and time estimates for repairs, periodic maintenance, and additional recommended services to the customer.
Coordinate closely with the Workshop Floor Supervisor to monitor vehicle progress and ensure promised delivery times are met.
Explain final invoices and technical work performed to customers, addressing all queries during the vehicle handover process.
Actively promote Value Added Services (VAS), extended warranties, and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) to meet monthly targets.
Perform post-service follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any pending grievances to maintain high CSI scores.
Adhere to OEM-defined Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for vehicle receiving, servicing, and delivery.
3-5 years of experience as a Service Advisor in an authorized automobile dealership (4-wheeler or 2-wheeler).
Proven ability to handle high-pressure environments and manage diverse customer personalities effectively.
Excellent command over the local language and working proficiency in English for documentation.
Valid driving license for the relevant vehicle category (Two-wheeler/Four-wheeler).
In-depth knowledge of vehicle mechanical and electrical systems to explain complex repairs to non-technical customers.
Hands-on experience with Dealer Management Systems (DMS) and basic MS Office applications.
