This role serves as the primary point of contact for customers seeking vehicle body repairs and insurance claims. It ensures seamless coordination between insurance surveyors, technicians, and vehicle owners to deliver high-quality repair services while maintaining strict OEM standards and timelines.
Conducting initial vehicle damage assessment and preparing accurate cost estimations for body and paint repairs.
Managing the end-to-end insurance claim process, including documentation for both cashless and reimbursement cases.
Coordinating with insurance company surveyors for timely inspections, supplemental approvals, and final claim settlement.
Explaining technical repair details, parts replacement needs, and cost breakdowns to customers in a clear and professional manner.
Monitoring the progress of vehicles through the denting and painting bays to ensure adherence to promised delivery dates.
Maintaining and updating the Dealer Management System (DMS) with real-time data regarding vehicle status and inventory requirements.
Conducting final quality inspections of repaired vehicles before customer delivery to ensure all bodywork meets company standards.
Handling customer grievances related to insurance delays or repair quality with effective conflict resolution skills.
Minimum 1-3 years of experience specifically within an automotive bodyshop or workshop environment.
Thorough understanding of Indian motor insurance claim procedures and surveyor coordination.
Proficiency in using Dealer Management Systems (DMS) such as Autoline, SAP, or similar platforms.
Basic technical knowledge of vehicle body structure, welding processes, and painting techniques.
Excellent communication skills in the local language and Hindi; basic English proficiency.
Valid four-wheeler driving license for vehicle movement and testing within the workshop premises.
Prior experience working with an authorized OEM dealership (e.g., Maruti Suzuki, Hyundai, Tata Motors, Mahindra).
Familiarity with digital estimation tools and online insurance portals.
Experience in handling high-volume workshops with tight delivery schedules.

Standard workshop environment; 6 days a week; 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM shift; requires significant time spent on the workshop floor and interacting with customers.
Candidates can progress to Senior Bodyshop Advisor, Bodyshop Manager, or Service Manager roles within our expanding dealership network across the region.
