This role focuses on driving vehicle sales by engaging with potential customers, understanding their mobility needs, and guiding them through the entire purchasing journey. It involves managing the showroom floor experience, conducting test drives, and building lasting relationships to ensure brand loyalty and high customer satisfaction.
Manage showroom walk-ins and generate new leads through proactive field visits and digital inquiries.
Conduct professional vehicle demonstrations and organize test drives while ensuring safety and adherence to company protocols.
Guide customers through the financing, insurance, and exchange processes to provide a seamless buying experience.
Maintain a robust sales pipeline in the CRM system with timely follow-ups on all enquiries and bookings.
Achieve monthly and quarterly retail targets as defined by the dealership management.
Coordinate with the stockyard and PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) teams to ensure timely vehicle delivery.
Participate in outdoor promotional activities, canopy events, and local auto shows to increase brand visibility.
Complete all post-sale documentation and assist customers with vehicle registration and accessories selection.
Excellent communication skills in the local language and a working knowledge of English.
Valid permanent two-wheeler or four-wheeler driving license is mandatory.
Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach to problem-solving.
Willingness to travel locally for customer visits and field activities.
Basic proficiency in using smartphones and mobile-based CRM applications.
Disciplined approach to work with a focus on punctuality and professional grooming.
Prior experience in retail sales, insurance, or the hospitality sector.
Familiarity with automotive finance products and exchange valuation processes.
Ability to handle high-pressure sales environments during festive seasons and month-ends.

Education: Graduate in any stream (12th Pass candidates with relevant experience may be considered)
Experience: 0-2 years of experience in Sales or Customer Service (Freshers are encouraged to apply)
Certifications: OEM Product Certification (provided post-joining), Soft Skills Training Certificate (preferred)
On-site showroom environment with 6-day work weeks; includes field visits and outdoor promotional events.
High-performing executives are eligible for promotion to Senior Sales Consultant or Team Leader roles within 18-24 months, with potential transitions into Corporate Sales or Exchange Departments.
