This role involves driving the sales strategy and performance for premium motorcycles within a high-growth dealership environment. It focuses on delivering an exceptional luxury customer experience while meeting ambitious revenue targets and maintaining global brand excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to vehicle delivery for the premium motorcycle segment.
- Manage and mentor a team of sales consultants to ensure high productivity and strict adherence to OEM brand standards.
- Organize and execute community engagement events, including weekend ride-outs and lifestyle showcases to build brand loyalty.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data using Dealer Management Systems (DMS) to identify market trends and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with finance and insurance (F&I) partners to provide seamless credit and insurance solutions to customers.
- Ensure the showroom floor and demo fleet are maintained according to the brand's premium identity guidelines.
- Handle high-net-worth individual (HNI) clients, providing personalized consultations and managing the relationship lifecycle.
- Conduct regular competitor analysis and market mapping to maintain a competitive edge in the local luxury automotive market.
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in premium automotive sales, preferably in the luxury two-wheeler or high-end car segment.
- Graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
- Valid permanent driving license for geared motorcycles (Class A/heavy bikes).
- Proficiency in English and the local regional language.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a luxury retail environment.
- Strong understanding of the Indian premium motorcycle community and riding culture.
Preferred
- MBA in Marketing or Sales Management.
- Prior experience working with European or high-performance motorcycle brands.
- Active involvement in motorcycling clubs or long-distance touring.
- Existing network within the local HNI community.
