This role focuses on enhancing the customer's lifestyle journey by providing expert consultations on riding gear, apparel, and vehicle customization options. It involves building lasting relationships with enthusiasts while driving revenue through the sale of high-margin accessories and merchandise.
Key Responsibilities
- Consult with customers to recommend appropriate riding gear, apparel, and vehicle accessories based on their specific needs and riding style.
- Manage the visual merchandising of the lifestyle and accessories section to ensure a premium and inviting display that reflects brand standards.
- Drive the 'Attachment Ratio' by ensuring every vehicle sale includes a curated selection of accessories and protective gear.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends in automotive lifestyle products and technical specifications of all genuine accessories.
- Manage inventory levels for the boutique and accessories department, coordinating with the parts team for timely fitment and replenishment.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain the safety, performance, and aesthetic benefits of genuine OEM accessories.
- Assist in dealership events, weekend rides, and community engagement activities to promote the brand's lifestyle ecosystem.
- Update customer interactions and sales leads accurately within the Dealer Management System (DMS).
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in premium automotive, lifestyle, or sports retail.
- Graduate in any stream
- Excellent communication skills in English and the local regional language.
- Strong passion for the automotive lifestyle and a deep understanding of riding gear such as helmets, jackets, and gloves.
- Ability to work a standard 6-day week in a high-energy showroom environment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding retail sales targets.
Preferred:
- Prior experience with a premium two-wheeler or luxury four-wheeler brand.
- Background in fashion merchandising or luxury retail management.
