Join a high-energy showroom environment focused on delivering exceptional customer service while driving vehicle sales growth. This role involves proactive engagement with potential buyers, managing the end-to-end sales process from initial inquiry to vehicle delivery within an authorized dealership network.
Manage showroom walk-ins and provide detailed product demonstrations, highlighting key features and USPs of the vehicles.
Conduct outdoor lead generation activities through corporate visits, local promotional events, and digital inquiry management.
Facilitate customer test drives while ensuring adherence to safety protocols and providing a premium driving experience.
Maintain accurate and timely records of customer interactions and follow-up schedules in the Dealer Management System (DMS).
Assist customers with financing options, insurance selection, and the necessary documentation for RTO vehicle registration.
Achieve monthly sales targets for vehicle units and value-added services such as accessories, extended warranties, and AMC packages.
Coordinate with the stockyard and Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) teams to ensure timely and error-free vehicle delivery to customers.
Bachelor’s degree in any stream or 12th pass with a strong aptitude for sales.
Valid permanent two-wheeler or four-wheeler driving license is mandatory.
Fluency in the local regional language and functional knowledge of English.
Ability to work in a high-pressure, target-oriented environment with a 6-day work week.
Strong interpersonal skills and a well-groomed, professional appearance.
Willingness to travel locally for field visits and customer meetings.
Prior experience in retail sales, hospitality, or direct marketing.
Basic understanding of automotive technology and current market trends in India.
Familiarity with digital lead management tools and CRM software.

The role is based on-site at an authorized showroom with frequent local travel for field visits and test drives. Standard working hours are 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM on a 6-day work week schedule.
Candidates can progress to Senior Sales Consultant roles within 2 years and eventually move into Team Leader or Sales Manager positions based on consistent target achievement and leadership potential.
