This role focuses on driving vehicle sales and delivering exceptional customer service within a fast-paced dealership environment. The successful candidate will manage the complete sales lifecycle, from initial lead generation and product demonstrations to final vehicle delivery and post-sale relationship management.
Conduct high-quality product demonstrations and organize test drives for prospective customers both at the showroom and customer locations.
Proactively generate leads through field activities, corporate visits, and digital inquiry follow-ups.
Manage the end-to-end sales process, including price negotiation, finance documentation, and insurance coordination.
Maintain accurate and timely records of all customer interactions and lead statuses in the Dealer Management System (DMS).
Achieve monthly and quarterly retail targets for vehicles, accessories, and value-added services.
Coordinate with the stockyard and PDI team to ensure vehicles are prepared and delivered as per promised timelines.
Execute post-delivery follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and solicit referrals for future business.
Participate in local marketing events, roadshows, and canopy activities to increase brand visibility.
Graduate degree in any discipline (B.A., B.Com, B.Sc., BBA) or a 3-year Diploma.
Valid permanent driving license for both two-wheelers and four-wheelers.
Fluency in the local regional language and functional proficiency in English.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in direct sales or retail customer handling.
Willingness to work 6 days a week including weekends with field-visit flexibility.
Prior experience working in an authorized OEM automotive dealership.
Basic understanding of automotive finance, EMI calculations, and insurance products.
Resident of the local city with good geographical knowledge of the assigned territory.

Education: Graduate or Diploma holder
Experience: 1-3 years in Sales/Retail
Certifications: OEM Sales Process Certification (preferred), IRDA Certification (added advantage)
On-site at an authorized dealership showroom with frequent local travel for test drives and lead generation. Standard 6-day work week with rotational offs.
