This role is centered on driving vehicle sales by identifying potential customers and guiding them through the entire purchasing journey. It focuses on delivering exceptional customer service while achieving monthly volume targets and maintaining high brand standards within the showroom environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end sales process for new vehicles, from initial inquiry to final delivery and handover.
- Conduct professional product demonstrations and facilitate test drives for prospective buyers to highlight vehicle features.
- Generate and qualify leads through proactive cold calling, field visits, and digital platform inquiries.
- Coordinate with Finance and Insurance departments to assist customers with loan processing, documentation, and policy selection.
- Maintain accurate and real-time records of all customer interactions and sales pipelines in the Dealer Management System (DMS).
- Ensure timely post-sales follow-up to collect feedback and encourage referrals or repeat business.
- Stay updated on the latest automotive market trends, competitor offerings, and monthly OEM schemes or discounts.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of proven experience in automotive sales or high-value retail environments.
- A valid four-wheeler driving license is mandatory for facilitating test drives.
- Fluency in the local language and proficient communication skills in English.
- Strong understanding of the Indian automotive market and consumer buying behavior.
- Proficiency in operating CRM software or DMS platforms for lead management.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment with a focus on monthly closures.
Preferred
- Previous experience working with an authorized OEM car or two-wheeler dealership.
- In-depth knowledge of vehicle finance schemes and IRDA insurance regulations.
- Strong existing network of potential corporate or retail clients in the region.

Qualifications
Education
