This role involves spearheading all brand-building initiatives and lead generation strategies to increase showroom footfalls and digital inquiries. The focus is on executing integrated marketing campaigns that align with OEM guidelines while maximizing local market penetration and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive annual and monthly marketing calendars focusing on both digital (social media, Google Ads) and offline (BTL, events) channels.
- Coordinate closely with the OEM marketing team to ensure all dealership branding and promotions are compliant with national brand standards.
- Organize and manage local ground activities including mall displays, corporate tie-ups, apartment roadshows, and test-drive camps.
- Monitor and optimize the performance of digital lead generation campaigns to maintain a low Cost Per Lead (CPL) and high conversion ratio.
- Manage the dealership’s social media presence, responding to customer queries and maintaining a positive online reputation (ORM).
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to provide actionable insights to the Sales and General Manager.
- Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of funds across various media and tracking the ROI of every campaign.
- Liaise with external vendors for creative production, printing, and event management to ensure timely execution of deliverables.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the automotive dealership or retail sector.
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end BTL activities and local events.
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools including Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and CRM software.
- Strong understanding of the local geographic market and customer demographics.
- Excellent communication skills in English and the local regional language.
- Ability to work on-site and travel locally for event supervision and vendor meetings.
Preferred
- Prior experience working with an authorized automobile dealership (4-wheeler or 2-wheeler).
- Knowledge of graphic design tools like Canva or Photoshop for quick creative adaptations.
- Experience in managing Public Relations and local media tie-ups.
