Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with OEM guidelines and dealership sales objectives.
- Oversee all digital marketing efforts, including social media presence, performance marketing ads, and Google My Business optimization.
- Plan and execute on-ground BTL activities such as mall displays, corporate park activations, and rural roadshows to capture fresh leads.
- Manage the annual marketing budget, ensuring high ROI through strategic allocation across digital, print, and outdoor media.
- Coordinate with the CRM and Sales departments to monitor lead quality, funnel movement, and overall conversion rates.
- Maintain strong relationships with local media vendors, printers, and event agencies for timely and cost-effective project execution.
- Analyze competitor promotion strategies and market trends to provide strategic recommendations to the leadership team.
- Ensure 100% brand compliance across all dealership touchpoints in accordance with OEM visual identity standards.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of core marketing experience, ideally within the Indian automotive dealership or retail sector.
- Demonstrated ability to manage both digital campaigns and physical event activations.
- Strong understanding of the local geographical market and consumer purchasing patterns.
- Proficiency in tracking marketing metrics and generating data-driven reports using CRM tools.
- Excellent communication skills in English and the local regional language.
- Valid two-wheeler or four-wheeler license for site visits and event supervision.
Preferred
- Experience working with Tier-1 or Tier-2 automotive OEMs.
- Established network of local vendors and media contacts.
- Hands-on experience with tools like Meta Business Suite and Google Ads.

Qualifications

Work Environment
This is a full-time, on-site position based at the dealership. It requires local travel for event supervision and vendor meetings. A standard 6-day work week is applicable.
