This leadership role focuses on driving overall branch profitability and sales volume through strategic team management and operational excellence. The position is responsible for maintaining brand standards while fostering a high-performance culture to ensure market leadership in the assigned territory.
Develop and execute monthly and annual sales plans to achieve branch-wise volume and revenue targets.
Monitor and mentor a team of Sales Consultants and Team Leaders to optimize lead conversion and productivity.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by monitoring Sales Satisfaction Index (SSI) scores and resolving grievances.
Manage showroom inventory, ensuring an optimal stock mix and coordinating with the OEM for timely vehicle indents.
Oversee the entire lead management process within the Dealer Management System (DMS) to minimize leakage.
Plan and implement local area marketing activities, corporate tie-ups, and outdoor displays to generate footfalls.
Liaise with banks, NBFCs, and insurance partners to ensure seamless finance and insurance penetration.
Conduct daily performance reviews and prepare detailed MIS reports for the senior management and OEM representatives.
5-8 years of core experience in automotive sales with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role.
Proven expertise in managing showroom operations and achieving aggressive sales targets.
Thorough understanding of the automotive sales process, from enquiry to delivery.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both English and the local language.
Strong proficiency in using DMS, CRM software, and Microsoft Excel.
Valid four-wheeler driving license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Prior experience working with a leading Indian or International automotive OEM dealership.
Strong network within local corporate circles and financial institutions.
Demonstrated ability to handle crisis situations and team attrition effectively.

This is a full-time, on-site role based at the dealership showroom. The standard work week is 6 days, including weekends, which are peak business days in the automotive industry.
Successful Branch Heads can progress to Regional Manager or General Manager (Sales) roles within the dealership group's expanding network.
