This role focuses on driving vehicle sales by providing exceptional customer service and managing the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to vehicle delivery. The successful candidate will act as the face of the dealership, ensuring every visitor receives professional guidance while meeting monthly volume and revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage walk-in customers and digital leads through the entire sales funnel using the dealership's CRM/DMS system.
- Conduct professional product demonstrations and facilitate test drives while ensuring all safety protocols and licensing requirements are met.
- Provide detailed explanations of vehicle features, technical specifications, and maintenance schedules to prospective buyers.
- Coordinate with the Finance and Insurance (F&I) department to offer customers suitable loan options and insurance packages.
- Execute the vehicle delivery process, including documentation, PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) coordination, and conducting the delivery ceremony.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with prospective leads and existing customers to build a robust referral pipeline.
- Participate in outdoor marketing activities, corporate displays, and promotional events to generate new business opportunities.
- Ensure the showroom floor and display vehicles are maintained according to OEM standards at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in automotive sales or high-value retail sales.
- Valid Indian four-wheeler driving license and proficiency in driving manual/automatic vehicles.
- Strong command over the local language and functional English communication skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets.
- Ability to work a 6-day week including weekends and public holidays.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and experience with CRM software.
Preferred
- Prior experience working with an authorized OEM dealership network.
- Certification in automotive sales or customer relationship management.
- In-depth knowledge of local RTO regulations and vehicle taxation structures.

Work Environment
Professional showroom environment with standard 6-day work weeks. Requires significant time spent on the showroom floor and conducting field visits for test drives.
Growth Opportunities
