This role involves managing the end-to-end customer journey from lead generation to vehicle delivery within a high-performance dealership environment. The focus is on delivering personalized product demonstrations and maintaining high conversion rates while ensuring adherence to OEM standards and customer satisfaction protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and track all walk-in, telephonic, and digital leads through the Dealership Management System (DMS).
- Conduct professional vehicle demonstrations and organized test drives as per the company's safety and quality guidelines.
- Explain technical specifications, feature sets, and accessory options to prospective buyers to aid their decision-making process.
- Handle the documentation process for vehicle financing, insurance (IRDA compliance), and RTO registration.
- Coordinate with the stockyard and Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) teams to ensure error-free and timely vehicle handovers.
- Achieve monthly retail targets and value-added service goals including extended warranty and accessories sales.
- Maintain consistent post-delivery follow-ups to build long-term customer relationships and generate referral leads.
- Participate in outdoor sales activities, canopy events, and corporate displays to increase brand visibility.
Requirements
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in automotive retail or high-value sales.
- Valid permanent four-wheeler driving license and proficiency in driving.
- Excellent communication skills in the local language and English.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Working knowledge of CRM software or mobile-based lead management tools.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment with a 6-day work week.
Preferred
- Previous experience with an authorized OEM dealership.
- Understanding of automotive finance and insurance processes.
- Certification in retail sales or customer relationship management.
