This role involves acting as the primary point of contact for customers, guiding them through the vehicle purchasing journey with expert product knowledge and personalized service. It focuses on converting potential leads into satisfied owners while maintaining the high standards of the dealership's brand image.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet walk-in customers and conduct professional product demonstrations highlighting key features and USPs.
- Perform outdoor test drives for prospective buyers while ensuring all safety protocols and documentation are met.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process from initial inquiry to vehicle booking and final delivery.
- Maintain and update customer records daily in the Dealership Management System (DMS) and CRM modules.
- Coordinate with the Finance and Insurance (F&I) department to facilitate loan processing and insurance documentation for customers.
- Execute proactive follow-ups with leads via phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp to improve conversion rates.
- Assist in showroom floor management and ensure display vehicles are in pristine condition.
- Achieve monthly individual sales targets and contribute to the team's overall volume and value goals.
Requirements
- Must possess a valid permanent two-wheeler or four-wheeler driving license.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in the local language and functional English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- High energy levels and the ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Basic proficiency in using smartphones and computer applications.
- Willingness to work on weekends (6-day work week standard).
Preferred
- Basic understanding of automotive mechanics and latest industry trends.
- Prior internship or part-time experience in retail sales or hospitality.
- Residency within 10-15 km of the dealership location.
