This role focuses on driving vehicle sales by identifying potential customers and guiding them through the entire purchase journey. It involves managing showroom walk-ins, conducting product demonstrations, and ensuring a seamless delivery experience while maintaining high standards of customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage showroom walk-ins and convert leads into sales through effective product presentations and feature explanations.
- Conduct professional test drives while ensuring safety protocols and highlighting vehicle USPs to prospective buyers.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline by following up with prospective leads via phone, email, and personal visits.
- Handle the end-to-end documentation process, including booking forms, finance coordination, and insurance paperwork.
- Coordinate with the stockyard and PDI team to ensure timely and error-free vehicle delivery to customers.
- Update the Dealer Management System (DMS) daily with accurate lead status and customer interaction details.
- Achieve monthly individual sales targets and contribute to the dealership's overall revenue and market share goals.
- Participate in outdoor marketing activities, roadshows, and corporate displays to generate new leads.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in automotive sales, retail, or the BFSI sector.
- Valid four-wheeler driving license is mandatory for conducting customer test drives.
- Excellent communication skills in the local language and functional English.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM software or Dealer Management Systems (DMS).
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment with a 6-day work week.
Preferred
- Prior experience with a reputed Passenger Vehicle (PV) or Commercial Vehicle (CV) OEM dealership.
- In-depth knowledge of automotive finance schemes and insurance products.
- Resident of the local area with good geographical knowledge for field visits.

Qualifications

Work Environment
On-site showroom environment with standard Indian automotive working hours (typically 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM) and a 6-day work week.
