Drive achievement of new car, pre-owned car, and accessory sales targets.
Monitor daily sales performance and pipeline management.
Implement strategies to increase market share.
Recruit, train, and mentor Sales Executives.
Set individual sales targets and monitor performance.
Conduct daily sales meetings and performance reviews.
Motivate the team to achieve productivity benchmarks.
Oversee allocation and tracking of leads (digital, walk-in, corporate).
Improve inquiry-to-booking and booking-to-retail conversion ratios.
Ensure timely follow-ups and CRM compliance.
Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation initiatives.
Ensure a premium showroom experience aligned with MG brand standards.
Handle escalated customer concerns and ensure quick resolution.
Monitor customer satisfaction (CSI) and feedback scores.
Build long-term relationships with corporate and high-value clients.
Track inventory, test drive vehicles, and booking status.
Monitor discounts, schemes, and finance penetration.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Ensure compliance with MG Motor policies and dealership SOPs.
Coordinate with finance, insurance, and RTO teams for smooth deliveries.
Drive exchange and referral programs.
Identify new business opportunities and local partnerships.
