This position involves driving revenue growth and leading a high-performing sales team within the dealership to achieve monthly retail and wholesale targets. The focus is on implementing effective sales strategies while ensuring exceptional customer service and strict adherence to OEM standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and monitor a team of Sales Consultants to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Manage the entire sales funnel from lead generation to vehicle delivery, ensuring high conversion rates.
- Maintain relationships with OEM representatives and ensure compliance with brand standards and reporting.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the stockyard for timely vehicle allocation and delivery.
- Oversee the Finance & Insurance (F&I) process to ensure maximum penetration and customer convenience.
- Handle customer escalations promptly to maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores.
- Conduct daily morning huddles to review previous day performance and plan current day activities.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to provide actionable insights to senior management.
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in automotive sales with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Strong knowledge of Dealer Management Systems (DMS) and CRM software.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and the local language.
- Deep understanding of the automotive retail market and financing options.
- Valid four-wheeler driving license.

- MBA in Marketing or Sales Management.
- Prior experience working with a major OEM dealership network.
- Certification in Sales Management or OEM-specific leadership training.
