This leadership role involves spearheading the comprehensive marketing strategy for an ultra-luxury automotive brand across South India, focusing on high-net-worth individual (HNI) engagement. It requires a strategic balance of experiential event management and data-driven digital initiatives to maintain brand prestige and drive sales conversions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, monitor, and execute the Annual Marketing Plan for the South India region including Karnataka, AP, TN, and Kerala.
- Orchestrate high-profile luxury events such as product launches, race track experiences, customer drives, and international engagement programs.
- Manage end-to-end digital marketing operations including social media strategy for Facebook and Instagram to drive community engagement and lead conversion.
- Cultivate strategic partnerships and co-branding initiatives with leading global luxury brands to expand the HNI/UHNI database.
- Oversee the marketing budget with full accountability for ROI, presenting quarterly performance updates to the OEM leadership.
- Maintain and optimize the customer database within the CRM software to ensure personalized communication and lifecycle management.
- Represent the dealership in executive reviews and maintain high-level interactions with the OEM marketing team.
- Lead BTL activities including co-sponsorships and exclusive tie-ups to enhance brand visibility in the luxury lifestyle segment.
Requirements
- 8-12 years of experience in marketing, with at least 4 years in a leadership capacity within the luxury sector.
- Proven track record of managing marketing activities for HNI and UHNI audience segments.
- Deep expertise in managing both ATL (Digital/Social) and BTL (Events/Activations) channels.
- Strong experience in budget planning, financial forecasting, and ROI accountability.
- Excellent communication skills for high-level stakeholder management and OEM interactions.
- Willingness to travel extensively across South India and occasionally internationally for brand events.
- Hands-on experience with CRM software and digital analytics tools.
Preferred
- Prior experience in the luxury automotive industry or high-end lifestyle retail.
- Established network of contacts within the luxury brand ecosystem in India.
- Experience in managing large-scale experiential events like track days or luxury rallies.
