Focuses on the efficient management of automotive parts inventory, including procurement, storage, and distribution to support workshop operations. This entry-level role ensures that all vehicle components are accurately tracked and available when needed for service and sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day inventory of automotive spare parts and accessories using the Dealer Management System (DMS).
- Coordinate with the Service Department to provide required parts for vehicle repairs and maintenance in a timely manner.
- Conduct regular physical stock audits and reconcile discrepancies between physical counts and digital records.
- Handle parts procurement by placing orders with OEMs and authorized distributors based on demand forecasting.
- Oversee the receiving process, checking for quality, quantity, and potential damage of incoming shipments.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse following 5S principles to ensure easy retrieval and safety.
- Process parts billing and maintain accurate documentation for insurance claims and warranty returns.

- Basic understanding of automotive components and their functions.
- Proficiency in using MS Excel and basic computer applications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills in the local language and functional English.
- Willingness to work a standard 6-day week in a workshop environment.
- Physically fit to handle parts movement and warehouse organization.
Preferred
- Familiarity with OEM parts catalogs and numbering systems.
- Knowledge of Dealer Management Systems (DMS) like SAP or Autoline.
- Prior internship experience in an automotive workshop or retail parts store.
