This role involves managing the end-to-end customer lifecycle to drive sales growth within the electric vehicle segment. The professional will be responsible for providing a premium consultative experience, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty through expert product knowledge and personalized service.
Execute the complete sales process from lead generation to vehicle delivery, ensuring a seamless experience for potential EV buyers.
Conduct professional product demonstrations and test drives, emphasizing the unique value propositions of electric mobility including range, charging, and sustainability.
Proactively manage a portfolio of high-value clients and corporate leads to build long-term relationships and secure repeat business.
Coordinate with internal Finance and Insurance departments to facilitate smooth loan processing and insurance documentation for customers.
Maintain meticulous records of all customer interactions and sales pipelines within the Dealer Management System (DMS).
Monitor market trends and competitor activities within the EV space to provide strategic feedback to the sales leadership team.
Ensure 100% compliance with OEM standards and dealership protocols during every customer interaction.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining the highest standards of professional integrity.
Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in automotive sales, specifically within the Electric Vehicle (EV) or premium passenger car segment.
A valid four-wheeler driving license and high proficiency in driving for conducting test drives.
Comprehensive understanding of the Indian EV ecosystem, including FAME-II subsidies, state policies, and charging infrastructure.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the local regional language.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a retail environment.
Ability to work a standard 6-day work week in a high-pressure retail setting.
Experience working with a reputed OEM or authorized dealership network.
Hands-on experience with CRM tools like Salesforce, SAP, or specialized automotive DMS.
Existing network of corporate clients or high-net-worth individuals (HNIs).

Certifications: OEM Sales Certification, EV Product Specialist Certification (preferred)
