Serve as the primary face of the dealership by providing a warm and professional welcome to all visitors. This role is crucial in managing customer flow and ensuring every guest is promptly attended to by the respective departments to maintain high hospitality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome walk-in customers with a professional and friendly demeanor
- Manage the central telephone exchange (EPABX) and route calls to appropriate departments or individuals
- Maintain and update the digital visitor management system and daily walk-in registers in the Dealer Management System (DMS)
- Coordinate with the Sales and Service teams to ensure timely assistance for customers and manage waiting times
- Oversee the customer lounge area, ensuring cleanliness and availability of refreshments and promotional materials
- Assist in administrative tasks such as handling inward/outward couriers, document filing, and distribution of mail
- Collect and record basic customer feedback and contact details during their visit to the showroom
Requirements
- Minimum 12th pass or Graduate in any stream from a recognized board/university
- Excellent fluency in English and the local regional language
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
- Professional appearance and adherence to dealership grooming standards
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset
Preferred
- Prior experience in a hospitality, front-desk, or customer-facing role
- Familiarity with automotive Dealer Management Systems (DMS)
- Knowledge of basic automotive terminology and current vehicle models

On-site role at an authorized dealership showroom, typically 6 days a week with standard shift timings (e.g., 10 AM - 7 PM).
