Two-Wheeler Technician

Join our dynamic workshop team to provide expert mechanical services for a wide variety of premium two-wheeler brands. You will be responsible for diagnosing complex vehicle issues and performing high-quality repairs to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and vehicle reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive diagnostic tests on engines, electrical systems, and fuel injection systems across multiple motorcycle brands.
• Execute routine maintenance, including oil changes, brake adjustments, and chain tensioning in compliance with OEM guidelines.
• Perform complex engine overhauls and transmission repairs using specialized diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Maintain accurate repair orders and documentation within the Dealer Management System (DMS).
• Ensure all work is completed within the stipulated turnaround time to maintain workshop productivity metrics.
• Adhere strictly to workshop safety protocols, including the safe handling of hazardous materials and high-voltage systems if applicable.
• Provide technical mentorship to junior technicians and assist in troubleshooting difficult service cases.

Requirements

• Minimum 5-8 years of hands-on experience in a multi-brand two-wheeler workshop.
• In-depth knowledge of internal combustion engines and modern fuel injection systems.
• Proficiency in using multi-brand diagnostic scanners and specialized hand tools.
• Strong understanding of electrical circuit diagrams and wiring harness repair.
• Valid two-wheeler driving license.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure, target-driven service environment.

Preferred

• Experience with premium or high-performance motorcycle brands.
• Prior exposure to EV powertrain maintenance and battery safety protocols.
• Proven track record of maintaining high first-time-fix rates.

Qualifications

Education: ITI or Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering.

Experience: 5-8 years of relevant work experience in authorized or reputable multi-brand workshops.

Certifications: ITI Certification in Mechanic Two and Three Wheeler, Brand-specific technical training certificates, EV safety certification (preferred)

Work Environment

On-site at a fully equipped modern workshop. The role follows a 6-day work week with standard operational hours. Protective gear and professional uniforms are provided.
