Job Description

This role involves managing the critical first point of contact for prospective and existing customers within a dealership environment. It focuses on lead nurturing, appointment scheduling, and maintaining high customer engagement standards to drive business growth in both sales and service departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute outbound calls to potential leads generated through digital platforms, walk-ins, and marketing campaigns to schedule test drives or service appointments.

  • Manage inbound inquiries professionally, providing accurate information regarding vehicle models, pricing, and ongoing promotional offers.

  • Maintain and update the Dealer Management System (DMS) with real-time customer data, call logs, and follow-up schedules.

  • Promote value-added services such as insurance renewals.

  • Handle customer grievances or queries with empathy and escalate complex issues to the CRM Manager when necessary.

  • Achieve daily and monthly targets for call volume, lead conversion, and appointment ratios.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in tele-calling, telemarketing, or customer service roles.

  • Fluency in the local regional language and functional proficiency in English.

  • Basic computer literacy with experience in Microsoft Excel and data entry.

  • Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills.

  • Ability to handle repetitive tasks while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.

  • High school diploma (12th Pass) as a minimum educational requirement.

Preferred

  • Previous experience working with an authorized automotive dealership (OEM).

  • Familiarity with automotive CRM software like Autoline, Revv, or SAP.

  • Prior experience in insurance renewal or automobile finance calling.

Qualifications

Education: Graduate in any discipline (B.A., B.Com, B.Sc.) or 12th Pass with relevant experience.

Professional on-site dealership office; 6-day work week (Monday-Saturday); standard shift timings (9:30 AM - 6:30 PM).

Growth Opportunities

Successful candidates can progress to CRM Executive, Team Leader - Telecalling, or transition into front-end Sales Consultant roles within the dealership group.
