Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine vehicle maintenance, including oil changes, filter replacements, and tire rotations
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to identify mechanical issues and wear and tear
- Assist senior technicians in complex repairs and engine diagnostics
- Follow OEM service manuals and standard operating procedures to ensure quality workmanship
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to all safety and health regulations
- Accurately document all repair work and parts used in the Dealer Management System (DMS)
- Participate in regular brand-specific technical training sessions to stay updated with new vehicle models
Requirements
- ITI or Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering
- Basic understanding of vehicle systems, including engine, suspension, and braking
- Ability to read and interpret technical service manuals and diagrams
- Valid two-wheeler or four-wheeler driving license
- Willingness to work in a workshop environment with physical tasks
- Good communication skills in the local language and basic English
Preferred
- Prior internship or industrial training experience in an authorized car service center
- Basic knowledge of diagnostic tools and OBD scanners
- Familiarity with EV safety protocols and high-voltage systems

Work Environment
Full-time, on-site role in a well-equipped authorized workshop. Standard 6-day work week with fixed shift timings.
