Technician

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine vehicle maintenance, including oil changes, filter replacements, and tire rotations
• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to identify mechanical issues and wear and tear
• Assist senior technicians in complex repairs and engine diagnostics
• Follow OEM service manuals and standard operating procedures to ensure quality workmanship
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to all safety and health regulations
• Accurately document all repair work and parts used in the Dealer Management System (DMS)
• Participate in regular brand-specific technical training sessions to stay updated with new vehicle models

Requirements

• ITI or Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering
• Basic understanding of vehicle systems, including engine, suspension, and braking
• Ability to read and interpret technical service manuals and diagrams
• Valid two-wheeler or four-wheeler driving license
• Willingness to work in a workshop environment with physical tasks
• Good communication skills in the local language and basic English

Preferred

• Prior internship or industrial training experience in an authorized car service center
• Basic knowledge of diagnostic tools and OBD scanners
• Familiarity with EV safety protocols and high-voltage systems

Work Environment

Full-time, on-site role in a well-equipped authorized workshop. Standard 6-day work week with fixed shift timings.
