Technician

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine vehicle maintenance, including oil changes, filter replacements, and tire rotations.

• Assist senior technicians with complex engine diagnostics and electrical repairs.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with workshop safety standards.

• Accurately document all service activities in the Dealer Management System (DMS).

• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to identify potential performance or safety issues.

• Follow manufacturer-prescribed service protocols to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.

• Participate in daily shop meetings to discuss workflow and technical updates.

Requirements

• Completed ITI or Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering.

• Basic understanding of automotive systems and vehicle components.

• Ability to communicate effectively in the local language and basic English.

• Physical stamina to perform manual labor and handle heavy tools.

• Valid two-wheeler or four-wheeler driving license.

• Willingness to work in an on-site workshop environment.

Preferred

• Prior internship or training experience in a branded service center.

• Familiarity with EV technology and high-voltage safety concepts.

• Basic knowledge of diagnostic scan tools and software.

Qualifications

Certifications: Valid Driving License, Apprenticeship certificate (if applicable)
