Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Automobile Sales Team Leader to lead a team of Sales Consultants, drive vehicle sales, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, dealership experience, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

• Monitor daily enquiries, follow-ups, test drives, bookings, and retail deliveries.

• Coach and mentor Sales Consultants to improve sales performance.

• Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales process.

• Monitor sales KPIs and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

• Coordinate with Finance, Insurance, Accessories, and Delivery teams for seamless vehicle delivery.

• Resolve customer concerns and handle escalations professionally.

• Conduct regular team meetings, product training, and performance reviews.

• Ensure compliance with dealership SOPs and manufacturer guidelines.
