Service Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the Motorrad Service team in line with BMW standards.
Ensure smooth workshop operations and timely delivery of vehicles.
Drive Labour and Parts revenue and improve service profitability.
Handle customer escalations and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Monitor TAT, productivity, VoC, and complaints management.
Conduct regular team reviews and performance meetings.

Requirements:
Graduate / Diploma in Automobile or related field.
5+ years of experience in Service Operations (Automobile / Two-Wheeler preferred).

Strong leadership, communication, and customer handling skills.
Good understanding of workshop processes and service KPIs.
