Job Description

Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a seamless vehicle service experience from initial appointment to final delivery. This role focuses on maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction while bridging the gap between technical workshop operations and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers promptly and conduct thorough walk-around vehicle inspections to identify service requirements.
  • Draft accurate repair orders and provide transparent cost estimates based on OEM guidelines.
  • Communicate effectively with the workshop team to monitor repair progress and ensure timely delivery.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction (CSI) by providing regular updates on vehicle status.
  • Upsell value-added services, periodic maintenance, and genuine accessories to enhance vehicle performance.
  • Ensure all documentation is processed through the Dealer Management System (DMS) with 100% accuracy.
  • Handle customer concerns professionally, ensuring all grievances are resolved in line with company policy.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in an authorized automotive service center.
  • Proficiency in using Dealer Management Systems (DMS) and basic computer skills.
  • Strong understanding of automotive mechanical systems and periodic maintenance schedules.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English and the local regional language.
  • Valid two-wheeler or four-wheeler driving license.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a 6-day work week schedule.

Preferred

  • Prior experience with premium or luxury automotive brands.
  • Proven track record of maintaining high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores.
  • Knowledge of warranty claim processes and insurance documentation.

Qualifications

Education: Diploma in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering or ITI in Mechanic Motor Vehicle (MMV).

Experience: 3-5 years of experience in an authorized automotive dealership service department.

Certifications: OEM-specific Service Advisor certification, Valid Driving License
