Instructional Design, Sales Methodology Implementation, Data Analysis and Reporting, CRM Software Proficiency, Automotive Product Knowledge
Public Speaking and Presentation, Conflict Resolution and Coaching, Interpersonal Communication, Empathy and Cultural Sensitivity, Time Management
Education: Graduate degree in any discipline; MBA in Marketing or HR is highly preferred.
Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience in training or automotive sales management.
Certifications: Train the Trainer certification, Valid two-wheeler or four-wheeler driving license
