Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual volume targets.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and customer-centricity.
- Curate immersive test-drive experiences for premium product lines to highlight engineering excellence and luxury features.
- Implement targeted marketing and sales strategies to accelerate the movement of slow-moving inventory through value-proposition selling.
- Manage dealership P&L, focusing on margins, retail finance penetration, and accessory sales.
- Collaborate with OEM regional teams to ensure compliance with brand standards and corporate communication guidelines.
- Oversee the end-to-end customer journey, ensuring seamless delivery and high satisfaction scores (CSI).
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to maintain the dealership's dominant local market position.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of proven experience in automotive sales management.
- Deep understanding of the local automotive market and customer buying behavior.
- Experience in managing large sales teams and dealership operations.
- Strong proficiency in CRM software and dealership management systems (DMS).
- Excellent communication skills in English and the regional language.
- Ability to thrive in a target-driven, high-pressure environment.
- Valid two-wheeler and four-wheeler driving license.
Preferred
- Prior experience managing premium or luxury automotive brands.
- MBA in Marketing or Sales Management.
- Established network within the regional automotive dealer community.
- Exposure to digital lead management and social media-driven sales cycles.
