Job Description

🎯 1. Training & Development

  • Conduct induction training for new sales consultants (process, product, CRM).

  • Deliver regular refresher training on:

    • Sales techniques (closing, negotiation, objection handling)

    • Customer handling & communication

  • Ensure all staff are aligned with Hyundai OEM standards & processes

2. Product Knowledge Training (Hyundai Vehicles)

  • Train team on:

    • Model variants, features, pricing

    • Competitor comparison (Maruti, Tata, Kia, etc.)

    • EV / Hybrid technologies (if applicable)

  • Conduct product walkarounds & demo training

  • Ensure sales staff can confidently explain features to customers

3. Sales Performance Improvement

  • Analyze individual & team performance

  • Identify skill gaps and create improvement plans

  • Conduct:

    • Role plays

    • Mock customer interactions

    • Live floor coaching

  • Help team achieve monthly booking targets & conversion ratios

🧠 4. Training Need Analysis (TNA)

  • Identify training requirements through:

    • Sales reports

    • Customer feedback

    • Mystery audits

  • Coordinate with Hyundai regional training programs

  • Nominate staff for OEM certification programs

🧾 5. Sales Process & CRM Training

  • Train team on complete Hyundai sales cycle:

    • Enquiry → Follow-up → Test drive → Booking → Delivery

  • Ensure proper usage of:

    • CRM tools

    • Lead management systems

  • Monitor follow-up discipline and data accuracy

👥 6. Coaching & On-floor Support

  • Observe live customer interactions

  • Provide real-time feedback

  • Support weak performers with one-on-one coaching

  • Guide team during:

    • Walk-ins

    • Events / campaigns

    • High-value customer handling


📈 7. Training Planning & Reporting

  • Prepare:

    • Monthly training calendar

    • Training modules & materials

  • Track:

    • Attendance

    • Assessment scores

    • Effectiveness of training

  • Submit reports to Sales Manager / HR / OEM


🏆 8. Customer Experience & Brand Standards

  • Ensure team follows Hyundai showroom standards

  • Train on:

    • Greeting etiquette

    • Test drive experience

    • Delivery ceremony

  • Improve customer satisfaction (CSI scores)


🤝 9. Coordination & Stakeholder Management

  • Work closely with:

    • Sales Manager

    • Branch Head

    • OEM Trainers (Hyundai)

  • Align training with business targets & campaigns


🛠️ 10. Continuous Improvement

  • Update training content based on:

    • New Hyundai launches

    • Market trends

    • Competitor strategies

  • Introduce new methods:

    • Digital training

    • Video learning

    • Gamification
